If it reads good or very good then your ring doorbell is receiving sufficient power and you ll have to find another cause for your issue.

Power off replaced the chime power on still buzzing but quieter probably the new chime.

I hung my old indoor chime cover over the exposed wires and pro power kit t hen i ordered a wireless chime from ring that i ll configure into my system.
